Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on TECHOLAM infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notice requesting removal of the content. To be effective, your notice must include the information outlined below.
Required Information
- • Your full legal name and contact information (email address required)
- • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- • Direct URL(s) to the allegedly infringing material
- • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- • A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
- • Your physical or electronic signature
Submission Instructions
DMCA notices must be sent via email with complete and accurate information.
Incomplete notices may delay processing. We review all valid requests promptly.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- • Identification of the material removed and its prior location
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- • Your name, address, phone number, and email
- • Consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TECHOLAM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users or contributors who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
Good Faith Requirement
Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative before filing a notice.
